HOW MUCH ARE COOKIES?

Prices start at $54 per dozen for full-sized cookies with a one-dozen minimum. Minis start at $27 per dozen with a two-dozen minimum. If paired with a full-sized order, minis are a one dozen minimum. Painting, characters, more designs, more colors, complexity, all affect pricing.

 

HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK?

I am usually booked 1-2 months out, so the sooner, the better. I can add you to my calendar tentatively for orders more than 1 month out. Some rush orders can be accommodated if they work in with current orders, please inquire & I can always check.

 

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR COOKIES?

Full-sized cookies range from 3.5 to 4 inches from their longest end. Minis are 2-2.5 inches from their longest end.

 

HOW ARE COOKIES PACKAGED?

All cookies are individually heat-sealed for freshness & will be in a window style bakery box.

 

HOW LONG DO COOKIES LAST?

Cookies will remain fresh for 2 weeks in their heat-sealed packaging. I have had many clients have them even longer. Fun fact: sugar is a natural preservative, so they do not mold or go rancid! Cookies can also be frozen if you need them later. All orders will have a Cookie Care Card with storage information.

 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due in full one month prior to pick up date. I accept Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or payment via card. Your invoice will be emailed to you. Checks are not accepted.

 

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS, DONATIONS, OR COLLABS?

Due to the custom work & time required for each individual cookie, I am unable to extend discounts on any orders. Please remember these are handmade, custom, time-consuming creations, so cookie number 100 takes the same time as cookie number 1. I donate many cookies throughout the year to family, friends, & my children’s activities, so my donation limit is already exceeded yearly. While I appreciate the offer to collaborate, it is not a good fit for my business & I do not partake in trades/collabs. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom nature of my work, there are no refunds, cancellations, or returns. Once your order is paid for & your booking is secured, I begin sourcing materials & my calendar is limited. I do not refund for cancellations, but reschedules can be accommodated within 2 weeks of pickup/delivery date. If your original event date has changed, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.

 

PICK-UP INFORMATION

All pick-ups are scheduled Monday through Friday, usually from 9am to 2pm or after 4pm. Due to sports practices, events, times may vary based on date. During igh school football season, Friday late pick up will not be available. The day before your order is due, I will contact you with pick up times. A picture of your final set will be sent out the evening before or morning of pick up. All orders are picked up from my home off Cherrylawn Drive in Taylor. Shipping is unavailable.

For missed pick-ups/reschedules: Life happens! If you need to reschedule your pick up due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to me as soon as possible to work together. No communication/no-show pick-ups will not take priority over my other obligations.

All orders must be handed to an adult. To ensure cookies are not lost or stolen, I do not offer porch pick up.

 

DO YOU OFFER ADULT OR POLITICAL COOKIES?

Adult themed cookies are available upon request. To see past sets, click on the 18+ section of this site to view the adult gallery. I do not create political cookies for any specific political party/candidate. However, I will do a set to promote voting & the right to do so for everyone!

 

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN/DAIRY/EGG-FREE COOKIES OR DYE-FREE ICING?

In short, mostly no. My kitchen contains flour, nuts, & dairy, so I could never be truly gluten-free. Due to the risk of cross-contamination, for someone with health issues such as Celiac, I do not offer them. I have made dairy-free cookies by swapping to dairy-free butter (it's delicious!) & that could be accommodated upon request. I could make a shortbread cookie for egg allergies, however, powdered egg whites are the main ingredient in the meringue powder that is used in my royal icing, so I would not be able to be fully egg-free. I do not offer dye-free icing at this time.

 

COLORS/INSPIRATION INFORMATION

I do my best work with creative freedom. But I don't mind inspiration photos! Please note that if you want a particular design replicated, I will try to come close! Every cookie artist has a different style, different cutters, & the end result may not be exact, but I'll try to keep it close for you. Icing colors appear different on screens, in photos, & are subjective due to varying shades. Icing colors may vary. I'll try to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of my control. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may be slightly different from inspiration photos & invitations. This food is made in a home kitchen & is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Contains the following allergens: eggs, milk, & wheat. Not made in a nut-free kitchen.
